RETROSPECTIVE & DOCTRINE

Le label d'abord nommé "Mithra! Infrasound" fut créé de la volonté de mettre en place une branche productive au webzine Mithra! Templezine au virage de l'année 2015.
Suite à un commun accord avec mon camarade LawOfSun, le label se sépara de la structure Mithra! et se nomma dès lors Solar Asceticists Productions.
Solar Asceticists Productions est intégralement guidé par Carl Neomalthusian (voir K.L.L.K / Avitum / Apotheosis / Hymnes & Sacrifices Fanzine) et mon acolyte Brennos Invictus (Avitum / Black Metal Europa / Bellvm).
Résolument DIY, en majorité orienté vers les formats analogiques et parfois le CD Digipack, la ligne directive est de proposer des formats aux allures et au contenu inédit. Les sorties du label sont toutes accompagnées d'objets faisant d'elles des "artefacts" : patchs, encens, herbes, poches de tissus, art-cards, pochettes carton,...
L'orientation musicale est quant à elle assez éclectique, sans pour autant sortir d'une grille de lecture propre à Solar Asceticists Productions. Les genres propices au label sont principalement le Black Metal et autres expérimentations obscures, froides, dévitalisantes, contemplatives et transcendantes.

ENGLISH VERSION
The label, first named "Mithra! Infrasound", was created from the desire to establish a productive branch of the webzine Mithra! Templezine in the turn of the year 2015.
Following an agreement with my fellow LawOfSun, the label broke the link with the structure Mithra! and, after two months, he was named Solar Asceticists Productions.
Fully guided by Carl Neomalthusian (Le Recours aux Forêts Productions / K.L.L.K / Hymnes & Sacrifices / Apotheosis) and my comrade Brennos Invictus (Black Metal Europa / Avitum / Bellvm) we try to do a work fully "handmade / handcrafted", with a visual autonomy and high personnalised editions.
Resolutely DIY, mostly oriented in analogic formats, the guideline is to provide "DIE HARD COLLECTOR" editions and original content. The releases of the label are all accompanied by objects making them "artifacts": patches, incense, herbs, fabric pockets, art-cards, cardboard sleeves,...all handnumbered and limited.
The musical direction is absolutely eclectic, without leaving a clean reading grid Solar Asceticists Productions. The representated genre is mostly Black Metal, but we accept to all kind of contemplative, obscure and transcendental sounds.
